It was possible to find out that many consider this the cause of low-level curricy model on the highway. Last year, we also made sure: at high speeds of "Central" can slightly "swim". But the bad wheel balancing can hardly affect it, rather, it will cause vibration, and, very noticeable in a certain range of speeds (sometimes narrow). This was not observed for sure. I, perhaps, wrote off the lightweight course instability of the sedan on the wrong angles of the front wheels. However, we came across the most calm from Georgian drivers, because not a single taxi driver could not be overtaken, they themselves "did" as those who stand in similar situations.

As for the suspension, the "territory of comfort", as in advertising, I would not call this car. It is a little harsh, although it is compensated by soft seats in the cabin. It seems that, in the settings of the steering mechanism, the "Centra" and "Tiids" should not be any difference, but it is felt. Maybe it's in more "right" corners of the wheel installation?

As for the dynamics, a slightly lighter Tiida was barely broken from "Centra". From 0 to 100 km / h Tiida accelerates in about 11 seconds, actually like Sentra, but about real life It says little. But in the acceleration from 80 to 120 km / h, the hatchback was still playing at the sedan around a second (in the Sport variator mode or on the fourth transmission under the manual box). The result - somewhere 16-17 seconds, as they say, is not the god of the news ... about the same and at the "urban" accelerations "from 60 to 80 km / h - 7-8 seconds, no less (with" mechanics "- on the third Transfer). Thus, the "mechanical" versions cannot be called significantly more dynamic than "automatic". But the additional "horses" would not hurt him, oh, how they did not prevent!

It was interesting to compare and fuel consumption. It has "mechanical" and "automatic" "Tiida" turned out to be ... almost the same. On the track where cars were constantly tested for dynamic qualities (our crew came to 150 km / h), the onboard computer was displayed 8.0-liter consumption, in mixed cycle (The highway often took place on the settlements, where they had to push among tractors and old changi riders, who remembered the years of the Soviet stagnation) this figure was raised to 8.5 liters on "hundred". When you turn on the sports mode of the variator, the line on the on-board computer screen, which demonstrates the instantaneous consumption, took off to a 30-liter mark, but for some reason the average consumption did not increase as much as much. And we almost used the usual variator mode: when it turned on, the hatchback became frankly boring.

Perhaps the new Tiida, in the address of which it is possible is much less criticism, will find its buyer. At least from those who owned the car of the first generation, and there were a lot of them, because he divided into our country in the amount of 90 thousand copies. Moreover, in this number, it is certainly not included in the reference versions, popular in the Far East (among them, by the way, even all-wheel drives that use in the design rear bridge Electromotor). All the benefits of the novelty are obvious, including the design: the car stopped being a funny original, and acquired a bit averaged, but quite modern and attractive appearance.
