The fuel ramp is a bar on which nozzles are installed. It is fixed by a pair of bolts on the inlet tube. To the left of the ramp is a fuel pressure control unit. To remove it you need:

  • Disable the minus terminal from the battery. Short circuits are not needed by anyone;
  • Reset the pressure in the fuel line;
  • Remove air filter and disconnect the hose of the intake pipe, after which dismounting the vacuum pressure regulator hose;
  • Disconnect the wires of the wires from the idle sensor. For this, the plug lock is simply pressed, made of plastic;
  • Disconnect the block with wires that are moving from the nozzles;
  • Turn off the plum hoses and feed from fuel pipes;
  • Unscrew the pair of fastening bolts on which the fuel ramp is attached to the inlet tube;
  • Fuel tubes are held by a special holder, to remove which you want to unscrew one fastener screw;
  • Remove the fuel ramp by shifting it along the axis of fuel sprayers. So they will come out from their landing position on the inlet tube;
  • The assembly is performed in the reverse order.

Please note that the fuel ramp bolts are the washers, which should be returned to the place during the reverse assembly or replace the new ones.

  1. First of all, remove the fuel ramp from your car.
  2. Next, the ramp is placed on a flat surface, after which the wire block turns off from the damaged nozzle. To remove it, it is required to compress the spring fastening bracket, and then disconnect the block.
  3. With a screwdriver, slide the metal retainer to the fuel ramp. It serves to fix the fuel sprayer. Many for some reason remove the retainer completely. There is no need for this. Just slide a little to the side.
  4. Take the nozzle in your hand and shook a little on the sides. So it should come out of the fuel ramp without unnecessary problems.
