    e) the simplicity and convenience of attaching or hanging the hitch to the tractor, the ease and speed of translation into the transport position;
    g) the possibility of attaching such a number of machines that fully loads the tractor in the traction force with the speed of the forward movement selected from the conditions of the agricultural engineering conditions.

    According to the attachment method to the tractor, the hitch is divided into trailed, attached and semi-mounted. According to the degree of versatility - to universal, allowing to attach various symmetric machines (cultivators, seeders, harrows, etc.) into one or two rows, and special, intended for attaching a certain type of asymmetric machines, such as plows and lemmylifts.     On seeders and cultivators, aggregated with a hydraulic coupling, must be installed (if any) instead of conventional automata hydraulic dual-action cylinders.

    Machines for the hitch are placed in one row (horren aggregation) if the driving wheels of the machines are installed not at the ends of the frame (SZP -24 seeders, SZP -3,6, CPG -4 cultivators); or in two rows (echelonized aggregation), if the driving wheels are located at the ends of the frame (SU-24 seeder, SUK -24, C3-3,6, Cultivators KP-4).     The hitch is equipped with two hydraulic markers that control the tractor cab.

    Currently, an automatic marker design has been developed. When you turn the unit on the rotary band going ahead, the marker unfolds into the working position, and the side marker, which was in the working position, moves forward for idling.

    For the aggregate of three cars, markers remove the front part with the supporting wheel; The remaining part is fixed directly to the hitch.

    With a working progress of a wide-graffit assembly, compiled using any trailed coupling, work machines are out of sight of the tractor driver, which causes the need even in the presence of hydraulic devices to have auxiliary workers to monitor the operation of the machines.

    When turning such a bulky unit, you need to carefully monitor the movement of machines, not allowing the hitting them to each other (in order to exclude the breakdowns and the long-term downtime connected). All this leads to the need to rotate the unit at a slow speed and have a wide swivel strip.

    In the fields with short gones, rugged terrain, with irrigation canals and forest belts around the edges, the use of wide-graffit-grazing units with trailed coupling is difficult. In this case, the farms should have maneuverable units with a possible approach of working machines to the tractor.

    Such aggregates can be compiled using CH-75 semi-mounted couplings.

    Couplings SP - 11, SP - 16 and SP - 20 are designed to compile hydraulic units performing pre-sowing soil preparation, pairing, seeding grain crops and other agricultural work.

    The main nodes of the hitch (Fig. 1): Snign 3, timber 7, console 8, wheels 11, disclosures 4, stretching flexible 5, corner 6, hydrotrass.

    The central section is welded from pipes square cross section. In the center of the section there is a central longitudinal bar, the front of which has two holes. At the ends of the central section, brackets for the hinge attachment of the right and left coupling wings are welded, which are based on self-aligning pneumatic wheels in size 127 - 254 mm.

    The central section relies on the semi-plastered wheels in size 152 - 406 mm and the trailer tractor earrings, and in the disabled state - to the stand. Wheels can rotate 300 in each direction.

    The hitch's rear bar made of pipes 100x100x6 is designed to attach agricultural machines.

    Two extension cords connected to the cross-broker bar rest on self-aligning pneumatic wheels with a size of 127 - 254 mm.

    The stand is a screw screwed into a cast-iron nut. It is designed to regulate the height of the hitch trailer during its aggregation with the tractor. The upper part of the screw ends with a rotation handle and the bottom passes through the P - shaped rack and ends with a support plate.

    The SPF marker - 07.000 ensures the correctness of the butt aisle when driving a sowing unit consisting of 3 to 4 seedlings.

    A hydrotrass consisting of metal tubes, reinforcements and hydraulic cylinders with hydraulic cylinders is fixed on the coupling with special brackets and comprising 2-independent hydraulic cylinders - marker and the hitch itself.

    The marker hydraulic system consists of 2 oil pipelines, 2 high-pressure sleeves and 1 cylinder.

    The hyware system of the hitch consists of 2 longitudinal oil pipelines, 2 medium, 4 extreme and 4 oil conductives - extension cords, high-pressure sleeves and 4 cylinders for installing them on the attached hydraulic agricultural machines.

    Working bodies of machines, and units with a hitch, raise and lower, controlling the hydraulic system using the tractor hydraulicist lever.     To transfer the CP-16 coupling to the transport position, the support rods of 1 marker should be raised together with the rod lifts 3 and fasten them in the forks of the brackets 2 (Fig.4).

    When moving to distances (Fig. 5), the lifting rods are disconnected from the support and laid on the center section of the hitch. Then disconnect the front hinges of the left and right wings and the central section, leaving the pins in the central section. The front sawmills of the wings turn in the horizontal plane parallel to the rear versions of the central section and connect the brackets with spring springs.

    Self-aligning wheels rotate 1800 and pinned a pin. Extension cords are disconnected from the hitch and laid on the central section of the wheels up.

    To create echelonized units, the coupling is equipped with extension agents10, which are a triangular frame welded from the corner steel. Ahead of the extension cords are based on trailers attached to the carrying clutch brusche, and behind the self-resistant wheels.

    On average and extreme bars using arc-shaped brackets are attached the same pneumatic wheels of self-adjustable type.

    The pneumatic wheel 1 (Fig. 7) is attached to fork 2. It can be closed with a check 4, which the spring holds 5. In this case, the wheel is uncommunicating. So that the wheel becomes self-aligning, check 4 is removed by turning the lever 3 to 900.

    Coupling SG - 21 consists of nodes (Fig. 8): Site bottom 1, rendering support with jack, central frame 3, side frames 6 (right and left), wheels 5 assembly with axis (right and left), carriats 7 ( Right and left), outdoor thrust 2, coloring 4, support 8 (right and left). There are also leashes 9 and chains 11 to attach the harrow 10.

    The knitted knob consists of a central thrust 12, shprengel, dilation 1 with hinges and struts 13. The central traction has a trailer in front of the front, and on the other hand, an ears for a hinge compound with a central frame bar. On the central line there are brackets and a lever for the installation of the harrow lift hydraulic cylinder into the transport position. With the help of brackets to dry, the oil ports are fixed.

    Outdoor thrust 2 are designed to hold the lateral bar with the central on one straight line. The thrust consist of several links made from the rod. To adjust the length of the traction there is a brazing nut.

    Collections 4 is designed to hold the side bar of the coupling from running forward on turns and when applying the unit back, as well as to hold bars in the transport position. Collection design - telescopic, with shock-absorbing spring inside. This makes it possible to split somewhat shrink in length.

    The central frame (Fig. 9) consists of a bar of 2 and pipes 9, interconnected by transverse pipes 10. The beam on both sides has flanges 4 for fastening the flanges of the axes of central wheels and the waterfront 5, which bind the central bar with the bars of the side frames.

    The central frame is connected to the separations of the bottom with the help of the fingers entering the ears 1 and 3. to the lower surface of the bar, the ears are welded, in which the sowing ears are fixed when the hitch is sent to the transport position.

    Brustees of leashes 8 are fixed to the frame of the frame, and the tube is chain stretching, which serve for individual attachment of the harrow.

    Right and left wheels are the same, metallic, rotate in ball bearings. The wheel is installed on the axis welcomed to the bypass frame, coaxially with the longitudinal axis of the central and side frames. The hydrogen frame axis is installed in the flange, which is attached to the flange of 4 central bars.

    The side frame is the right and left (Fig. 10) - consists of a bar 2 and pipes 3 connected by transverse pipes 4 and disconnect5. The lateral frame of the side frame on the one hand ended 1 for attaching a two-axis hinge, and on the other - it has flanges 6 for fastening the flange of the horizontal axis of the carriage. Support 7 is designed to attach an extreme harrow, going for self-aligning wheels, and is attached to a bruus and pipes with brackets.

    Brackets of 8 leashes 11 are fixed to the side frame brown frame, and the pipe is chain stretching 10 for individual attachment of the harrow.

    The carriages right and left are the same. Glasses 2 and 5 are welded to the pipe of the square section 3, in which the sleeves and vertical axes of self-aligning wheels are inserted 1. The wheels are metallic, rotate on ball bearings. The 6 horizontal axis 4 bracket divides the carriage pipe to 2 different over the length of the shoulder. Large shoulder is installed forward along the hitch. Using the flange 7, the carriage is attached to the flange of the bar of the side frame.

    The design of the hitch provides an individual attachment of each harrow to the bars of the central and side frames 1 (Fig. 12) by leashes 2, set at an angle of 15-200 to the surface of the field. This ensures the good stability of the boron stroke and exclude their incision on each other. Leashes together with chain stretching ensure the rise of the harrow when turning and in the transport position.

    Translation of the coupling in the transport position

    To transfer the hitch to the transport position (Fig. 13), disconnect the harrows 1 together with the leashes from the side frames and put them on the bottom of the hitch. Then disconnect the right crash 2 and telescopic separation 3. The harrows rise into the transport position with the rotation of the clutch bar on the 900 hydraulic cylinder and block in order to avoid spontaneous lowering. Feeding the tractor for ahead and left, the right bar 4 backs about 900 to the central bruus. Collections 3 are installed in the UCHO of the right bar and in the transport ear of the central bar.
