  5. Set the key to 30 and make the nut. Be sure to use the nozzle - a long pipe.
  6. Only then can weaken the fasteners of the wheeled bolts.

Now you need to raise the repaired side of the machine and proceed to dismantling the hub.

How to remove the hub

In order to dismantle the back hub, you need to perform such manipulations:

  1. Remove the brake drum by twisting the two stiletto guides. If the drum does not succumb to, you need to screw these guides into the adjacent holes or carefully using the spacer, to obscure it from behind.
  2. Fully unscrew the hub fastening nut, do not forget about the washer located under it.
  3. With a three-wane puller dismantle the hub. But you can use more simple way - Put the wheel with the opposite side and sharply pull it.
  4. If the inner wall of the bearing remains on the semi-axis, it must be removed using a two-wane puller.

That's all, now you can put a new rear hub assembly. But if you need to replace only the bearing, you need to dismantle old and put a new one instead.

Removing and installing bearing

In order to remove the bearing, you need:

  1. With special forceps remove locking rings.
  2. Extract the old bearing. To do this, you can use any method - using the puller, hammer and mandrel.
  3. Carefully clean the inner surfaces - if you are notched, you need to get rid of them.
  4. Install a new bearing using a puller. If you score with a hammer, you can damage the gland. The rear hub is desirable to warm up, but not more than 50-60 degrees.
  5. Install locking rings - Be sure to check that they get into the grooves.

After all these manipulations, make an assembly of the entire node. Having tightening the hub, regenerate the boots so that it does not get out.
