In order to remove the back door on the VAZ 2109, follow these steps:
Open the door and unscrew the two mounting bolts of the limiter bracket to the middle rack
Remove the two bolts of the top and bottom door hinges to the middle rack of the body and remove the door. Installing the back door of the VAZ 2109 is performed in the reverse order. Before the final tightening of the fastening bolts of the loops to the middle body, close the door and place it so that the gaps in the openings around the perimeter are the same. Then carefully open the door and finally tighten the mounting bolts.
Replacing windows and glass on VAZ 2109
In order to install the rear door glass on the VAZ 2109 or replace the window lifter, follow these steps:
Lower the glass until it stops down and remove the rear door upholstery similarly to the removal of the upholstery of the front door. The photo shows the location of the rear door upholstery fastening pistons
Remove the internal bottom glass seal
Remove the three holders two tops and one below, picing them with a screwdriver. Remove the rear protective film from the door
Remove the two glass clip mounting bolts to the glass slider, holding the glass. Gently lower the glass down
Remove the two lower and one top nuts fastening guide windows
Remove the three windows mechanism mounting nuts
Remove the windows from the door
Remove the outer bottom glass seal
Remove the upper rear door seal VAZ 2109
Turn the glass back and remove it out of the door.
Check the glass landing density in the clip. If the clip is sits loosely, replace the glass along with the rope. Installing the glass of the back door of the VAZ 2109 with the window lifter is performed in the reverse order.
Replacing the castle of the back door VAZ 2109

Remove the two screws of the outdoor door lock and remove it. The sealant is applied to the screw threads, so we recommend using a shock screwdriver when turning
Unscrew the two screws of the internal handle of VAZ 2109
Remove the castle lock intermediate lever fastening nut
Push inside the door lock lock
Disconnect the outdoor handle cravings from the inner lock
Push the inner handle inside and remove the lock from the door
Stop locking brackets to disconnect the thrust from the locks of the castle
Remove the two nuts and remove the exterior handle of the back door of the VAZ 2109. Installing the VAZ 2109 door lock with drives is performed in the order, reverse the removal, lubricating the pre-all-running parts by the consistent lubricant. Check the ease of opening and reliable door lock closing. If necessary, adjust the lock.
