It is necessary to remove the negative terminal from the battery, remove the lower casing on the steering column, turn off all the contacts there and check them with an ohmmeter, while turning the ignition key in 3 working positions. In all these positions, the mesmer should show zero. If it shows any value - there is a problem with the contact group, which will have to be changed.
