The system for supplying the fuel-air composition to the cylinder block consists of the following functional elements:
  • filter for cleaning the air entering the engine system;
  • sensor for fixing readings on air consumption;
  • set of connecting hoses;
  • injector control boards;
  • gasoline filter;
  • gas tank;
  • pressure control devices in the system;
  • injector mounting frame;
  • nozzles;
  • top cover of the cylinder block.

After drinking such a "cocktail" on the inner walls of the nozzles resinous deposits are formed which does not contribute to the normal operation of the engine.

The procedure for cleaning the nozzles and flushing the injector will consist of the following manipulations.

Before starting work, you need to stock up on a special flushing fluid, new candles and a syringe or a powerful syringe. It is best to invite an assistant to perform this kind of work. He does not need a qualification in auto business, his task will be to maintain constant engine speed by pressing the gas pedal.


The manipulation algorithm is as follows:

  • The flushing fluid is mixed with gasoline in a volume of 1.5–2 liters;
  • The hose is disconnected connecting the intake manifold and the brake booster by removing the tube adapter;
  • A mixture of gasoline and flushing is introduced into the adapter using a syringe;
  • In order for the washing mixture to react and clean the surface of the nozzle, it is enough to make a 20-minute pause. After that, the engine starts and stays at idle. Turnover must be constantly maintained;
  • After injection of the flushing compound, white smoke will come out of the hose along with pieces of black dirt. It will be more, the less often the injector was flushed;
  • Inject wash mixture best in small portions in several visits. In this case, the quality of washing will be higher. After injection of the entire volume of flushing, the engine can be turned off;
