How to disassemble in VAZ-2107 generator
To quickly disassemble the VAZ-2107 tool, you will need such a set of tools:
- the key of a horned or cape format, designed for 19;
- ratchet equipped with extension;
- heads size 8 and 10;
- a hammer.
You need to disassemble the generator with your own hands, starting with the winding of 4 locking nuts of the roof fastening, which is from behind.
After they are unscrewed, follow such a step-by-step instruction:
- Turn the unit and slightly press the ends of the bolts. Your task so that the fasteners are penetrated between pulley blades, just so can be fixed in a fixed state.
- Armed with the key 19, unscrew the pulley fixing nut, well fasten the VAZ-2107 generator in a fixed position.
- Next disconnect 2 parts of the device, make it easy, if you catch up with a hammer in the ear fastener. In your hands you have to stay two parts: the rotor and pulley, as well as the stator and winding.
- The rotor houses the pulley to remove, pulling on himself.
- Show vigilance - after removing the pulley, the key is no longer fixed and can be lost, so remove it carefully and so far set aside.
- Pull out the rotor with the bearing. If you need to replace the old rotor to a new one, it's time to do it. A new adaptation is 350 rubles in automata. If you need to replace the winding and stator, then you have to lay out a little more - 400 rubles.
