Despite the fact that I was not personally delighted with the second generation Aveo, I can not not recognize: such cars are very in demand - it is silly to argue with the fact that the price / quality ratio is successful. Vida is a completely decent cheaper clone. It is not surprising that while preserving the design of the plastics became simpler (it turns out, it is possible), and the only one (for now) is very modest equipment. Even radio - additional equipment for a fee. But it strains not this (what price is such a level of equipment), and the engine. I personally did not inspire confidence: it works noisily, rigidly (in Vazovskaya) will start not with "Polpinka". As for the rest, the "source", and the "copy" - one field of berries: the third variety is not a marriage.

In my opinion...

Looks vida / aveo, though deliberately budget, but even more or less modern. Rides about the same. Mainly a claim to ergonomics. The right knee rests on the swollen central console, and move back - the steering wheel is far away. If there is some mechanism, then it should work, perform its function, and not just attend a tick in the specification. Especially if we are talking about an inexpensive folk car. This is me now about the cupboard - it is impossible to use them. Well, in fact, ZAZ has nothing to do with it: "What was, then I loved," as it comes in the famous song. But the assembly quality would not hurt to work. For example, throw back the back seat, pulling the eye, never happened. Whether the strength was not enough, whether the mechanism was subdinyl. Dolohirt did not become - we believe on the floor.

Subcompact sedan ZAZ Vida is nothing but a "licensed copy" of the Chevrolet Aveo model with intra-water marking "T250", which differs from the "source" only with nameplates.

The serial production of a three-bidder at the capacities of the Zaporizhia Automotive Plant started in the early 2012th, and at the end of the summer of the same year at the Moscow Auto show, it appeared its updated version with the "Facelift" prefix, transformed externally and inside (which, unfortunately, to the conveyor So I did not get).

Externally, ZAZ Vida is an almost accurate copy of Aveo. This is a pretty sedan with smooth body forms, laconic bumpers, neat lighting and pronounced arches of the wheels. According to today's standards, the car looks slightly outdated, but the rejection does not make sure of it.

With their dimensions of "species", it clearly meets the concepts of the B-segment for European standards: 4310 mm in length, 1505 mm in height and 1710 mm wide. The wheelsets at the three-bidder can accommodate 2480 mm among themselves, and under its bottom there is a 160-millimeter clearance.

The interior of the ZAZ Vida simple and spartanish is simple, but from a purely budget car of any kind and do not expect: a concise, but readable panel of instruments, an uncomplicated three-spoke steering wheel and a frequency central console, on which there are only two air ducts, a slot under the radio yes three Climate system regulator. The decoration of the sedan is decorated cheap, but quite good materials, and the quality of the assembly is generally at a normal level.

Package and prices. In the summer of 2014, ZAZ Vida left Russia, and is now available only on the secondary market at a price of 220 thousand rubles and higher (according to the beginning of 2017).

At home, the car of 2017 is sold in the "Standard", "Comfort" and "Lux" equipment - its value starts from 261,450 hryvnias (~ 585 thousand rubles at the current course). Of course, not a standard of beauty, but it looks quite decent and rejection does not cause. The gaps between body panels are smooth, all the doors are easily open, and after - close. In the cabin, again, no shocks: the same old familiar Aveo with barely visible changes. The interior lost silver inserts, a three-spoke steering wheel with a new emblem appeared, and there are such innovations on the door panels as light reflectors. Baranca, I will immediately say, I didn't like it very much: it was made of too slippery plastic, but it became more familiar to the signal (Chevrolet the signal buttons were not located in the most convenient places - along the edges of the steering hub). And at least plastic salon turned out to be very tough to the touch, for a week a trip for not the smooth roads I did not hear any "cricket". Praise! You can't call a close interior, and if you compare the interior decoration with the closest competitor - Renault Logan, here albeit not so spacious, but definitely cozy. Power window buttons are on the usual places, the knobs of the stove rotate with a pleasant effort, the air conditioner is properly working properly, and a small glove box is quite accurate. A sufficient volume of the trunk is very convenient, but, in contrast to the same "Logan", the rear seats are folded here, and separately.

On the go, I liked the machine as a whole - it's all the same Aveo. The most funny that the "foreign" engine behaves exactly as on the original: the motor is clearly not fully operational. Declared power in 109 liters. from. It should be enough with interest, but when attaching from the place there is a small failure, and only after 1500-2000 turns, the engine begins to wake up. And if it does not interfere with dry asphalt, then on slippery coverage, when it is necessary to move smoothly, sometimes difficulties arise. Either the start occurs with the failure without the required acceleration, or touch the slip. But over time, you get used to this feature. It must be said, such a disease - "Beach" cars produced recently. Such behavior I watched both in powerful cars of the premium segment and in state employees. And the potential of the Asian motor is. The engine called Austa was developed by Chery together with Austrian AVL firm. In the urban stream, you are not lost, and then you even start to "shyly" (successful side mirrors with a good overview are particularly helping). But, after going to the cruising speed of 100-110 km / h, the engine begins slightly "way". The plant knows about this nuance, and in the future an additional noise insulation of the engine compartment should appear. At the past, Aveo shifting gear did not differ from particularly clarity, and with the "see" there is a feeling of deja vu: when the transmission is quickly changed, the KP lever is "stupid". But, as time has shown, this is a matter of habit: you only need to move the lever more smoothly. Those who will move with Vazovsky front-receivers, will not be exactly disappointed.

But the suspension showed itself from the best side. On large waves, the coverage of the "appearance" does not rock, and there were never sorts of breakdowns - energy intensity at a high level. You have to pay for it a fair stiffness - small irregularities are passed on the body quite carefully. Partly the amount of 15-inch tires with the 55th profile - with the wheels of the standard dimension 185/60 R14 would be softer. Fortunately on manageability, the hard suspension affects the better. The car confidently keeps turns, although it does not particularly induce course stability: Vida smokes slightly in the kolas of asphalt, sometimes demanding a friend. In general, on our roads a sedan behaves very worthy, and on the winter coating, among other things. On the "snake" - no excitement, everything is predictable and without surprises: in the limit modes, the car is predictable "floats" the outward turning and with a small Lenza stabilizes gas discharge.

What is the result? A bicycle did not inject, but they went through the already rolled path, mastering the production of budget foreign cars. And, in my opinion, it turns out well, although there is something to work on what. I do not think that the new engine with the box will be less reliable than relatives, which are not perfect.
