To whom:
The Registrar.

WHERE TO:
European Court of Human Rights,
Council of europe

CITY:
Strasbourg CedEx.

COUNTRY:
France - France

INDEX:
F-67075

Please note that in the address of the European Court of Human Rights, when sending correspondence, neither the name of the street nor the house number is not specified. Only "European Court of Human Rights, Council of Europe" is written in the addresses (this is the translation of what is written above on english language). After the name of the city - Strasbourg (Strasbourg) - written "CedEx". In fact, the word "CEDEX" is part of the index, meaning that the non-geographic index is indicated, and the index of a separate organization, which is allocated in the case of a large number of incoming and outgoing mail correspondence. Accordingly, the F-67075 is a personal index of the authorities of the Council of Europe, including the European Court of Human Rights. However, the word "CEDEX" is written not in a place intended for the index, but immediately after the city name.
The name of the country is usually written on the envelope in two languages, one of which is Russian. It helps to work by Russian mail.
We strongly recommend that you direct the final states on the form - express mail, and preliminary complaints by fax. It practically guarantees delivery. In addition, you will learn that your complaint is obtained literally in a few days. To do this, you need to either check the status of sending the Internet by using the number provided by the mail, or call the help telephone of the postal service, the services you decide to take advantage. Of course, you will receive a letter notification letter from the secretariat of the European Court of Human Rights that your complaint is obtained. However, the Secretariat of the Strasbourg court sends the applicants to letters informing them about the delivery of a full complaint on the form, only three months after its receipt. Two or four weeks will need a letter to come to you. A letter with information about making a preliminary complaint (by mail or by fax) will be directed to your address about a week after its delivery to Strasbourg. Therefore, the duplication of sending a preliminary complaint by mail is not appropriate. Please keep in mind that the overwhelming majority of letters from the European Court of Human Rights are ordinary letters that are delivered to the mailbox. Therefore, make sure that you are fine with your mailbox, or specify the complaints form (Section I) that the address for correspondence by which the mail can really be delivered.
We also recommend using express mail whenever you send any additional (with respect to the complaint) of the person to the European Court of Human Rights. This is due to the fact that, as a general rule, the European Court Secretariat on Human Rights at the first stage of consideration of the complaint (until its communication authorities Russian Federation Or recognizing complaints in an unacceptable at the level of the Committee of the Three Judges of the European Court of Human Rights (from June 1, 2010 - at the level of the sole judge of the Strasbourg Court)) notifies the applicant only about obtaining complaints, but not other correspondence.
Currently, sending to the European Court of Human Rights Express Mail (for example, UPS), a package of documents that fit into a standard envelope (at least 100 sheets of A4 format) is about 2500 rubles.
You can print the complaint, apps to it and other documents addressed to the Strasbourg court on two sides of the sheet. Please note that sheets should not be fastening, stitching, etc. This is true, for example, in the form of complaints in the European Court of Human Rights (Section VII).
If for one reason or another you do not want to use the services of express mail, send correspondence addressed to the Strasbourg court, registered letters with the delivery notice.

  1. Choose in the form of searching you need the start and end of the rental dates. Specify the time in which you will be comfortable to pick up and return the car. Do not forget to leave the reserve of time on the passage of formalities at the airport!
  2. Carefully read the lease conditions, pay attention to the following points:
    1. are there any restrictions on daily mileage. If you are going to travel a lot, then you should choose a more expensive rental option, but without restrictions on daily mileage - in the end it may turn out cheaper.
    2. pay attention to the cost of full insurance and the value of the deposit (Excess Fee). It happens that the cost of rent is small, but the deposit is just a huge and the cost of insurance is also high. This is done in the calculation that, upon arrival at the rental point, you buy insurance and thus the rental company will reimburse a low rental cost. Consider the total rental cost!
    3. check whether you are suitable for fuel conditions. It happens that the price of the lease includes both the cost of fuel (the "complete-empty tank" conditions). It is suitable for long-distance long distance trips. And if you rent a car on a small island, for example, and for a couple of days, you don't need a whole tank of fuel. And it is included in the price.
  1. Think that it is more profitable for you: buy insurance pledge, buy full or partial insurance at the rental point or not to buy neither one or the other. It may depend on the budget for a specific trip, from your driving experience, how much you are familiar with the driving manner in the region where you take a car for rent, etc. Note that if you are a young driver, then the amount of deposit for you may be higher than that applies to drivers whose age falls in the range of 25-75 years - this can also become a criterion when making a decision. If you need help in this matter, contact our support.
  2. If you do not have IDL (International Driver's License), then pay attention to whether the IDL is required by the rental company. The cost of IDL is small and it is possible that you have time to buy it until the start of rent. However, if you have an IDL and it is not required to rent the machine you choose, take a license with you anyway, it does not hurt.
  3. If you do not have a credit card, check in the lease conditions of a particular machine - whether the rental of the lease is possible by a debit card or cash.
  4. Semit suitable car, Enter your personal data to the appropriate form fields. If you decide to buy pledge insurance, select the appropriate option from the list of the proposed list (note: Unfortunately, the insurance company that serves the deposit insurance service for our site, does not work with citizens of some countries. So it can sometimes be that you can't buy Insurance of pledge on our website). Then click "Continue."
  5. Enter the payment card data. At the payment phase, it does not matter which (debit or credit) card you use.
  6. Click "Pay"
  7. Soon, after confirming the rental rental company and, accordingly, holding a payment from a payment card, an email letter will receive a lease confirmation and reference to the voucher. Please follow the instructions specified on the voucher (it needs to not forget to print and take with you).
