Test pilots made eight races on every tires. The difference in 3 dB between the quiet Kormoran and three tires that shared the last place is very significant, because for human hearing it means an increase in volume by half, and in the cabin it will also be noticeable.

- In front of this test, each tire, pumped up to 2.1 bar, rotated on the stand at 120 km / h without load for three hours. After that, it turned out pressure equivalent to 80% of the maximum load, which the tire must withstand. After several measurements, it was determined which energy is necessary for moving the car weighing 1 ton.
- Tires account for up to 20% of fuel consumption, recently tire manufacturers are especially concerned about such a characteristic of tires as rolling resistance and try to reduce it without allowing the deterioration of other performance characteristics. At the same time, experts remind that in order for tires to actually reduce fuel consumption, it is necessary to regularly monitor the pressure level.
- Among the test participants did not have the so-called "green" tires. The most economical were dear Dunlop tires, but the Sava or Kormoran tire installation may noticeably increase the cost of fuel.
