Regardless of whether you were convinced of the diaphragm in the performance, you need to check another element of the VKG system. Engine must be drowning. Then you need to find the place of attachment of the corrugated hose to the plastic intake collector. The hose must be disconnected by pre-reversing the fixing bracket.

In this place, the crankcase gases fall into the intake manifold and, on the hose, in the intake path before the turbine. Thus, the crankcase ventilation is ensured. The valve blocked the anti-flow of gases from the intake path (where, due to the supervision, the pressure is almost always high and discharge, as on the atmospheric motor, does not occur) back to the crankcase.

After disconnecting the hose, you need to look into the opening in the intake manifold. There should be a "nipple" of the mushroom valve. It is well noticeable on bright orange or red. In some cases, you may need a cotton wand, mixed in solvent: With it, you can add and clear the valve slightly to make sure its presence. If neither visual nor with a stick to detect the valve fails, then it is simply not. The fact is that the valve simply breaks down from the landing place, after which he flies somewhere along the hose towards the turbine.

The next step is to check the permeability of the entire hose and the operability of the second valve located at the place of attachment of the hose to the intake path near the turbine. The hose must be picked up - while the air should pass freely. And then you need to "breathe" from the hose - with the air from it (i.e. in the opposite direction) should not pass. Often the hose is simply crackling, because of what the air seats occurs. If nothing happens, the hose must be replaced entirely.

To solve problems with the WGG system, it is necessary to change the plastic valve cover (there are already suggestions for used caps with a restored diaphragm), plastic intake manifold (because the check valve located in it is not supplied separately) and the hose with the second valve.

Cotton from the exhaust pipe at regular intervals indicate that one cylinder does not work due to the failure of the candle, the absence of a spark on it, the failure of the nozzle, about the strong air secession into one cylinder or a significant decrease in compression in it. Cotton through irregular intervals arise due to contamination of nozzle sprayers, strong wear or contamination of spark plugs. If cotton occur after unequal intervals, you can try to independently replace the entire set of candles regardless of the mileage and appearance, but it is better to do after contacting the car service for diagnosing and repairing the engine control system.

2. If the cotton is irregular, stop the engine and open the hood. Check the reliability of the attachment of the wiring harness knob to the ignition module ...

3. ... and the tightening of the two module mounting screws.

4. If the wiring harness pad is attached securely and the mounting screws of the module were tightened, remove the module (see Removing and installing ignition module).

5. Remove the spark plugs (see Ignition Candle Replacement and Service), carefully inspect the candles and compare their appearance with the photos shown in the following subsection Diagnostics of the status of the engine in the appearance of the spark plugs . If the candle is black and wet, it can be thrown out.

6. If all the candles look good, install them in the ignition module tips, and screw the spare candles into the block openings of the block.

7. Connect the wiring harness block to the ignition module.

8. Attach the candle housing alternately, for example, a wire for starting the engine from an extraneous current to the "mass" of the car (for example, to a wire attached to the negative battery terminal). Ask the assistant to turn the starter of the engine crankshaft.

Warnings

Reliable contact of the body of the candle with "mass" is required, since when an additional spark gap appears greater than the gap between the candle electrodes, it is possible to damage the engine control system or the high-voltage ignition circuit.

The specified check is carried out at no more than five seconds so that, with the subsequent start, it does not damage the neutralizer of the exhaust gases in it not burned in the engine cylinders with gasoline.
