The procedure for replacing the oil in the gearbox is the same as the gearbox, only the photos are different.

1. Drain plug on rear axle gearbox (photo 2p).
2. Flower plug on the rear axle gearbox (photo 3r).
3. Pour the transmission oil into the gearbox, as well as before the lower edge of the filling hole (photo 4p).

The motor-block reducer is quite difficult, but by following the scheme, you can easily cope with its dismantling and reverse assembly.

The following actions are performed:

  1. Reducer is completely removed;
  2. Screws are turned off, protection covers are removed;
  3. The input shaft sleeve is removed very accurately, the plug and the lever is dismantled;
  4. The primary shaft is removed in conjunction with the gear;
  5. Shaft sleeve and chain are extracted;
  6. The shaft block is dismantled together with the stars;
  7. The intermediate shaft is extracted together with gears;
  8. The coupling with the left and right half-axes are removed.

After all these actions, you can get a gearbox in the analysis. At the end of repair, it is collected again.

What are the gearboxes of motoblocks - varieties and destination

The design of the motoblock is quite diverse. Modern aggregates are equipped with the gearboxes of the following types:

  • corner gearbox for a motoblock. This is a connecting element of the engine and transmission. Such a mechanism is characterized by good characteristics and availability, because it is actively used by farmers of small and large land. The angular model can be refined, making it much more productive;

  • lowing gearbox for a motoblock. With this type, the engine load increases and the number of its revolutions is reduced. What oil is pouring into a motor-block gearbox?


How properly and durable will serve a motor-block reducer, straight depends on the quality and features of the oil.

By purchasing lubricant, it is worth considering the tips of manufacturers of motoblocks. Also worth paying attention to the price of oil. Cheap funds do not guarantee good gearbox function.

It is worth noting the following types of marking oils on the market:

  • SAE. Excellent composition for working with frequent temperature differences. In front of the letter W, the number is indicated - this indicator of the minimum temperature at which the lubricant is poured;

Algorithm for replacing oil in a moto block


Before using a new lubricant, it is important to clean the gear from the composition used.

It should be replaced by a lubricant immediately at the end of the use of the technique until the oil has time to cool. Replace oil quickly with your own hands according to the following scheme:

  1. Motor block is installed horizontally;
  2. Two plugs are installed. Through one merged already exhaust composition, the second is used for the bay of the new oil;
  3. Cover is unscrewed for pouring the lubricant. Under the drain hole, a wide container is established;
  4. The drain cover is unscrewed until the exhaust oil leaks;
  5. The plum cover is spinning until it stops the key;
  6. The funnel is inserted into the bay hole and the new oil is added to the corresponding brand and the desired temperature;
