For Höndai, which uses Western classification, there is no problem at all: Santa Fe 2019 (photo below), as well as its predecessors, refers to the SUV class, to which crossovers, and SUVs can belong, and some other varieties of large vehicles. What is still to do domestic motorists who can't or do not just ignore this question? The easiest and, probably, a logical answer is to contact the already existing experience. In Russia, Hyundai Santa Fe cars traditionally refer to the class of crossovers - it means so to be.
