How can you open the car yourself if the keys are forgotten in the cabin. If the keys are left in the car: what to do and how to open the car without keys How to open the lock without a key on the car

Life is a strange thing, it turns a person into a winner, then it laughs at him, slipping him various troubles. One of the latter can be safely attributed to the one when you close the car door, the latch is triggered, and you realize with horror that the keys are left in the cabin. Of course, you can call a special service. It will not do without huge, let's say, fat drawbacks: it will have to wait for at least an hour, and pay a decent amount for services. Is it pleasant for someone to lose about $ 30 out of the blue? Of course not. And now, if the keys are inside and it is difficult to immediately figure out how to open your own car, life hacks that have long been tested by drivers will come to the rescue.

How can you open the car if the keys are left inside?

How to open a running car if the keys are inside?

In this case, if the security system is in working condition, then you can hit the bumper in such a way that the airbags are deployed. As a result, the doors are unlocked automatically.

Such situations do happen. And not as rare as some might think. It is not for nothing that there is an impressive selection of specialists on the service market who are ready to help in such situations and perform an emergency opening of the car.

It’s not so difficult to forget the key in the ignition, go out and slam the door, while the lock is activated and the car is closed tightly. The only bad thing is that you are not inside, and the keys remained there.

There are several options for how you can open the car if the keys are left inside. Each presented method has certain advantages, difficulties and application nuances. Do not rush to resort to barbaric methods, after which you still have to repair the car. Try to get by with a little blood at first. If safe methods do not help, then out of desperation you will have to go to extreme measures.

Spare key

The very first option is how to open the car if the keys are accidentally left in the car. It may seem ridiculous, but sometimes the car owner simply forgets that at home, somewhere in the nightstand by the bed, there is a spare key to his vehicle.

Almost every car that comes off the assembly line is completed with a pair of keys. One acts as the main one, the second is used as needed, if the first one was lost, forgotten or left in the car, as happened in our case.

It so happens that the car owner immediately resorts to the most severe methods, overlooking the fact of having a spare key. Therefore, when you accidentally slammed the car, just stop and think.

It is not excluded that the driver does not have a spare key. He lost it a long time ago, or when buying a car from his hands, the previous owner handed over only one copy. This is also bad, since a spare key must always be available. If not, be sure to make a duplicate. This will save you from similar situations in the future.

Autopsy specialists

Sometimes a second key exists. But you can't get to it right now. A person may find himself in his car in another city, and therefore he will not go home to pick up a duplicate, leaving the car in an incomprehensible place.

Therefore, you should always look for an alternative. You can turn to specialists who will help you open the door when they slammed, if the keys themselves were left in the car. They often face similar situations and know how to safely open the vehicle.

There are a lot of ads with similar offers from the masters. The so-called bugbears are capable of opening any car in 10-20 minutes. But there are some nuances here.

  1. Waiting time. It depends on the locality where the emergency situation occurred, and on the number of lock pickers working there. Quite often, even in large cities, you have to wait several hours. If you are ready to wait for such a time, then look for the most suitable specialist.
  2. Price. The price for the service depends largely on the car brand, class and cost of the vehicle. But you are unlikely to pay less than 5 thousand rubles. In some situations, the price reaches all 10-15 thousand rubles. How much is the fair value of the service, decide for yourself. But sometimes it's really easier to just break the glass and then change it at your own expense.
  3. Methods used. Different specialists offer their own ways to open a car. Some work very carefully, trying to cause minimal damage to the car. So then you do not have to overpay for repair and restoration work. And there are also such supposedly masters who will come, with your permission, break the glass or break the lock, take their 5-10 thousand rubles, and then the owner will have to.
  4. Scammers. Among the bugbears, there are also not particularly conscientious specialists. Practice shows that many masters who offer such services are in fact criminals. They were previously engaged in the theft of cars, or continue to do so to this day. It is possible that a person has embarked on the right path and now does not trade like that. Therefore, it is better to contact specialized companies that are officially registered and can give guarantees for the quality of the work performed. But it's still not worth calling on dubious private advertisements. The risk is too great.

It is really profitable to work with qualified specialists and in many respects it is correct. They will be able to do their job efficiently and accurately. You will also get access to the vehicle and possible additional advice. If you yourself do not know how to open the door in your car when it slammed shut and the keys remained inside, try looking for a good company.

It is better to refuse the services of dubious craftsmen. There is always a risk of running into scammers.

Self-service autopsy methods

If the driver has left the keys in the car and the door has slammed, thoughts immediately arise about how to open the car. Not everyone wants to contact a specialist, and spare keys are not an option in his situation.

You can try to solve the problem on your own. Here it is worthwhile to understand that you bear all responsibility for the consequences and damage caused.

Do not rush to use the most barbaric methods just because they allow you to open doors as quickly as possible and get to the key. Usually, such techniques entail additional financial costs for repair work.

But sometimes time does play a key role. There may be children, pets, or special items that you urgently need left in the car. Then you can't hesitate.

Consider several options for what you can do if the car is locked from the inside and the keys are left in the passenger compartment. Since the door is locked, tugging on the doorknob simply won't help. Here it is worth using the following tools:

  • rope;
  • wire;
  • drill;
  • heavy objects, etc.

Using these tools, it is quite possible to open the car without assistance. It all depends on the specific situation and the characteristics of the car itself.

Using examples, you should study several similar situations and figure out how the tools at hand can help in one case or another.

Wire

No one disputes that forgetting your keys in your car is a very bad habit. But it happened. Therefore, now you should think about what to do if you forgot to remove the key from, and accidentally slammed the door.

To get started, you can use a metal wire by making a hook at one end. The wire will need about 60 centimeters long. The hook is bent at an angle of about 45 degrees, and its length should be about 7 centimeters.

Do not use too thick wire, otherwise it simply will not pass between the glass and the seal. Soft metal will not work either, otherwise the bent hook will instantly accelerate. You won't be able to pick up anything with such a tool.

If the wire with the hook is ready, it should be pushed inside the passenger compartment near the door handle. Carefully we pick up the door pull near the button. When you have found the object you want, begin to gently pull the wire up. With this movement, you will be able to raise the pusher.

Quite often, after such a manipulation, the door opens. But depending on the car, sometimes you have to bend the gasket on the door window. This is usually not difficult, but try to use plastic rather than metal tools for this procedure. Otherwise, you risk damaging the material and ruining the paintwork.

Even if this is the first time you encountered a similar situation, this method works in most cases, and takes a maximum of 20 minutes in time.

The only problem with the considered method is that it is mainly used to work with domestic cars or old foreign cars. It is unlikely that it will be possible to use wire to open a modern foreign car. But sometimes it's worth trying.

Rope

This method is based on making a loop out of a rope and using it to open a car door.

This method is suitable for working with vehicles where there is a special button for closing the door near the glass, and it protrudes upwards at least a little. Otherwise, you shouldn't even try to do something with the rope.

When using this method on most machines, the corner of the door will need to be folded back. To do this, you can use any suitable tools at hand.

Be sure to keep a pad of some sort handy when you begin to fold back the door. You will insert it into the resulting opening as soon as you manage to bend the door to the required distance. Use cardboard, rags, or other soft materials. Otherwise, you will probably ruin it, which will entail the need for repainting. And this is not the easiest and cheapest procedure.

Many people fear that bending the corner of the door can harm the car and provide themselves with expensive repairs. But don't worry. Nothing bad will happen if you bend the corner literally 2 centimeters.

When the gap is ready, it remains to thread the rope with a loop inside, put it on the button, tighten and pull up. Experienced drivers can do it after just a few attempts. A beginner will have to try to accurately hit the button and tighten the loop tightly.

If a rope of the correct size or strength is not at hand, you can also use a fishing line. It is more durable, and therefore the probability of its breaking is minimal. Plus, the line crawls through where the rope may not fit in the minimum gap.

Long wire

Using this method will also require a wire of sufficient strength, but with a greater length. This way of opening is already suitable for imported cars and more modern foreign cars.

The wire can be used in a situation where the car is equipped with a special one, where two presses on the handle from the inside are required. From the first press, unlocking occurs, and from the second, the door opens.

To gain access to the interior of the slammed car, you will need to take a thin but strong wire about 2 meters long. At the end, a hook is made of the appropriate size, depending on the mechanism of your car door.

You need to try to carefully insert the wire into the door opening in its upper corner, gradually bending it at the required angle. Your goal is to hook the handle. When the coupling has occurred, begin to pull the tool towards you.

In some cases, motorists use very thick wire, which prevents it from squeezing between the door and the gasket. As in the previous method, try to bend the door with improvised tools, inserting a dense, but not hard material into the resulting opening.

Glass

You don't have to use the glass itself. But you can break it. This method is used by many car owners who need to quickly and with minimal effort to open the vehicle.

Broken glass is considered the most popular method. But it is important to understand how to properly unlock the car if the keys are inside. You don't have to use any cunning devices here. The door is unlocked as soon as you break the glass and press the desired button with your hand to unlock the lock.

Thoughtlessly picking up a heavy and dull object is not recommended. There are a few basic rules to follow when trying to break glass. This will minimize damage to the machine, prevent accidental injury and cause a minimum of noise.

  1. Choose glass. It is important not just how, but also what. If the side glass is divided into sections where different elements are located, it is not worth breaking the small one, contrary to the apparent logic. They are usually expensive or difficult to find commercially. To make sure you made the right choice, you can use the phone call by calling the dealership where you bought your car. There, ask the manager how much glass will cost. Hit the cheapest. Experienced motorists advise breaking the rear windows.
  2. Scotch tape or masking tape. If not at hand, you can find them in the nearest store. It is generally not necessary to use tape or masking tape, but it is best to do so. This material is adhered to the glass surface before being hit. Such a measure will protect the paintwork and prevent a large number of small fragments from entering the interior. It is unlikely that you will be pleased to sit in a car and find stuck glass in your body. It is painful and unpleasant. Therefore, think about your own safety first.
  3. Striking blows. It takes a lot of effort to break a car glass. Modern cars are equipped with high-strength glass. To a greater extent, this concerns the windshield, but they also try to make the side windows as protected as possible from destruction under mechanical stress. Both a hammer and a regular stone will do. You need to hit sharply, but without a big swing. Aim not at the very center, but at the edges. This will increase the effectiveness of the blow, and you will certainly be able to break the glass from the first attempts.
  4. Elimination of consequences. Once you've managed to break the glass, try to remove all the shards. Look especially closely at the seats. It is better to seal the formed opening with a film. In the very near future, you will have to change the glass, but do not leave the car unattended before the car service. It will be better if you put it in a closed garage.
  5. Documentation. Imagine the situation that you are standing in the courtyard of a multi-storey building or in the middle of the road and hitting the glass of a car with a stone. It is not difficult to imagine how it will look from the outside. Therefore, it is possible that conscientious citizens will turn to the police, or a passing outfit will stop to find out the circumstances. If you do not have documents at hand, you will have to explain your actions at the department.

Breaking glass is really not difficult. This requires a minimum of time and the simplest set of tools. Sometimes it is enough to have on hand a suitable mass of brick or stone.

But here it is important to understand that broken glass entails additional costs. Therefore, it is not always worth starting with this method. Try to use more forgiving options that do not require breaking or breaking anything. If it doesn't work out, then you can break the window with peace of mind.

And one more very important point. No matter how strong the car owner thinks he is, never, under any circumstances, try to break the glass with your bare hand. In general, do not use your limbs to solve such problems, otherwise you risk getting serious injuries. You can at least cut your arm or leg. But here it should be borne in mind that there is always a threat of touching important veins and arteries. Only a qualified doctor can help stop bleeding.

Therefore, if you decide to break glass, do it wisely and with the help of suitable improvised means. You will need your arms and legs for other things.

Alternative methods

It is worth considering a few more options for how you can get into the car if the keys are left inside for some reason, and you are outside.

Here are both barbaric and delicate ways of solving the problem. Which one to use is up to the car owner himself. But in any case, you need to know about them.

  1. We lower the glass. Since the side windows are equipped with manual or electric power windows, you can try to lower them manually. To do this, your hands must be dry. Wipe them off and press firmly against the glass. Then, with your palms and fingers, begin to press down, trying to lower the window at least a little due to such a grip. On many machines, this actually works. Sometimes it is enough to create a gap of a few millimeters in order to push the wire with the hook inside. Next, it remains to catch on the door handle, power window, or even try to pull out the key itself. After all, it is possible that you did not leave it in the ignition switch, but simply threw it on the seat.
  2. Luggage compartment. Several circumstances should play in your favor here. The car has a suitable body in which the trunk and the passenger compartment are not separated. Here we are talking about different minivans, sedans, hatchbacks and station wagons. That is, this method is unlikely to work for sedans. Although in the latter case, there is usually a special button that lowers the rear seat through the luggage compartment. If there is no button, a special cord or retaining loops must be present. Plus the trunk should remain open. Then there is nothing difficult. You need to open the trunk and climb through it into the car. If your size does not allow you to do this, ask for help from a person of a more modest build.
  3. Drill. Although in the overwhelming majority of cases it is better to refuse such an option, sometimes it becomes uncontested. A drill is taken and a lock is drilled, or a secret. It is important to understand that after using an electric drill, you will have to completely change the locks on all doors, otherwise you will not be able to use one key. Do not take risks and do not create unnecessary problems for yourself. Use the safest methods. And only in the most extreme case, take an electric drill in your hands.

The problem of locked car doors is not at all uncommon. It is not at all difficult to forget the keys in the passenger compartment and slam the car. This is clearly confirmed by statistics and communication with experienced motorists.

There are several really effective methods for gaining access to a locked cabin. Start with the safest and easiest ones. If this does not work, resort to tougher measures. Residents of large cities should look for an option with the involvement of qualified specialists. Moreover, call them not through private announcements, but call firms specializing in such matters with official registration.

Drilling the lock and breaking glass are considered extreme measures. Don't rush to break your car. Yes, you will open the doors, and the key will return to you. But eliminating the consequences of some actions is extremely expensive.

Almost every car owner got into a situation when the keys together with the inside of the car, the car doors slammed shut, and you just can't get inside the passenger compartment. If seasoned motorists handle this task with ease, then beginners can panic. What to do in this case? Let's take a look at some practical tips on how to open the car with the keys inside.

If you have forgotten your keys inside the car, first check that all doors and the trunk are properly closed.

Agree that being in a situation where the car is closed, the keys are in the ignition or just inside the cabin is not the most pleasant incident, but you need to get out of it. First of all, check that all doors are closed correctly. You can often get into a car through an open trunk. Once you've made sure everything is closed, you have two solutions.
For a novice driver, the best option would be to call specialists. The bad thing is that you can expect them for a long time, sometimes help can be delayed by two hours. In addition, you will have to pay for this service. The cost of calling experts can vary from 700 to 2000 rubles. If you don’t have extra expenses, and most importantly, you don’t have time, try using one of the methods listed below.

We use wire

Wire can be used to open

Opening the lock with a wire is suitable for domestic cars, but this method most likely will not work on imported cars.

So what to do if there are keys left in the car, how to open it? The first way we suggest you is to use a wire as a key. Please note that the cross-section (thickness) of the latter should not be very large, but the wire should not be soft. The length of your "helper" is at least 60 cm. At one end, make a hook, at least 7 cm long and at an angle of 45 degrees. Next, the most "difficult" stage begins. It is necessary to carefully move the side glass seal and push our construction into the car interior. In the area of the doorknob, try to feel for the door pull. Having found, we pull the wire up, thus raising the pusher we need. That's it - the door opened. However, this method is suitable for domestic cars, which cannot be said about imported brands. In most cases, parts of imported cars fit very tightly.

Rope loop

Using the hinge to open the door

The method of opening the door with a rope hinge is called the simplest and most practical.

This method, how to open the car if the keys are left inside, is suitable for cars in which the door button protrudes at least slightly above the surface. In order to open the door, you need to bend the corner of the door slightly with your fingers or an improvised tool. The procedure is best done with the upper right corner. After that, this creates a gap, insert a wedge into it, preferably from a not too hard material, otherwise you can damage the metal. The best option for a wedge is a tree. Insert the made rope loop into the resulting gap, fix it on the door lock and pull it towards you. Everything is done.
In order not to damage the paintwork of the car while pressing the door from the car pillar using tools (pry bar), place a soft cloth under the used tool. This method of opening the door is called the simplest and most practical.

Drill or screwdriver

If the previous ways to resolve the situation are not very suitable for you, then there is a more radical option - using a thin screwdriver or drill. It is necessary to hammer a thin screwdriver (drill) into the lock and scroll there, thus damaging the lock cylinder. The negative aspect of this method is the need to replace the larva on all car locks. Otherwise, you, as before, one key will not fit all locks.

"Extreme" method

You can also break the glass to open the machine

If it was not possible to open the car with the keys inside, then an extreme measure may be the option to break the glass - better at the back.

You stopped near the forest or on the side of the road, the car slammed shut, the keys are inside, how to open the door? In such a situation, your only option is to break the glass. Motorists do not recommend using an arm or a leg for such an action, since you may not achieve a result, but it is quite easy to damage a limb. A sharp-edged stone or metal object will do. It is best to break the right rear window, as this way you will not get caught in the air stream from the outside until you get to your destination or the nearest car service.

Battery problem

Modern car models are often opened with a central locking system,. However, there are situations - the battery is discharged, and the mechanics on the locks are frozen or temporarily not working. If you are close to home, then you need an additional battery and two power wires with a diameter of at least 2 square centimeters and a length of about 1 meter, ending in special clips, such as "crocodile". Find the "plus" of the idle battery and use one wire to connect it to the "plus" of the charged battery. We fix the wire coming from the negative terminal on any metal unpainted part of the machine. Everything - you can open it with a key fob.
As you can see, there are a lot of ways to solve the problem "the car closed when the keys are inside". The main thing is to choose the option that is right for you and your “wheeled friend”. Better yet, try to avoid such situations. Good luck!

So, let's start with the easiest and safest methods for you and your car. They are suitable if you are in no hurry and do not want to damage the lock, door or car windows.

As a rule, with the car, the buyer immediately receives a pair of keys, one of which is the main one, and the second is an additional, or spare. It is just needed for such cases when the first one is lost. It is recommended to keep the spare key at home, but never in the car itself.

If you have enough time, you can go home for a spare tire yourself or ask your relatives to bring it, then it is better to use this method. First, you will not damage your vehicle. You will not need to use tools to open the lock, break windows to get into the salon.

Secondly, you still have to look for the second key. It will become your main one. Otherwise, you will need to order a new one.

Finally, you will definitely not attract the attention of the police and passers-by. What would people think if they saw a person opening someone's car? Obviously this would make them suspicious.

Alarm use

If the car is on the alarm, a rather tricky way will help to open it. It is suitable for those who are far from home, but may ask relatives to find a spare key or alarm remote.

The method is as follows.

  1. Call a relative who has access to the ignition key or alarm remote. Turn on the speakerphone.
  2. Bring your phone as close to the door as possible from the driver's seat.
  3. Ask a relative to press the unlock button that opens the doors.
  4. If the signal is loud and the phone is brought close to the door from the driver's seat, the car will open.

Please note that this method does not always work the first time. Turn on the outdoor mode on your phone to make the signal more readable.

It should also be noted that this method does not work for all types of alarms and is mainly suitable for old models.

The above methods are not suitable? You can call the service department, which will quickly deal with the problem. A competent service specialist will be able to open the car without a key without damaging it. In addition, it can be said for sure that the cost of maintenance services will be lower than the cost of replacing a broken window or bent door.

Service departments offer several types of services.

  1. Opening the door using special equipment. Damage to the lock itself, doors, windows and other vehicle components is completely excluded. As a rule, this service is used for premium cars. It is expensive but very effective.
  2. Emergency opening of the salon. This service is very budgetary and, as a rule, is used in cases where the master does not have expensive equipment. Emergency opening is performed using a telescopic manipulator, suction cups and a pneumatic tool.
  3. Unlocking through the seal. This method is quite difficult to perform and requires special skills and a wide arsenal of tools from the master, but it can damage some elements of the car, which leads to additional expenses.

When calling the service department, some nuances must be taken into account.

  1. Without documents for the car, it is unlikely that the master will begin to work. You must confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle.
  2. Choose only proven services as a service provider. Only qualified technicians will be able to open the car in a quality manner without damaging its elements.
  3. Do not be stingy, as this can later turn into even greater expenses.

Radical ways

No time, and you urgently need to get into your car, regardless of possible expenses in the future? Then radical ways of opening the salon will help.

Break glass

A fairly simple way to get into the car is to break the glass. But completely uneconomical. There are no cheap glasses for cars now: the purchase of such a part, even for a budget brand, can seriously hit the wallet.

In addition, this method can be unsafe for your health. There is a risk of deep cuts. Use a stone or hammer if you have one. Carefully remove the debris from the passenger compartment and unlock the doors if they slammed shut along with the key inside.

If possible, go to the salon immediately to purchase and install new glass. Fragments can also damage the doors; scratches and chips must also be repaired.

Break or drill out the lock cylinder

Are you near home and have an electric drill in your arsenal? You can drill a lock cylinder. This method allows you to get inside the cabin quite simply and quickly. As soon as the cylinder of the lock is drilled out, the door will open.

But there is one nuance: subsequently, it will be necessary to change the larva of not one, but all the doors at once. Otherwise, the new key will only match one of them.

This method is quite loud and can attract attention. It is better to use it only in extreme cases, when you need to urgently drive off.

Self-opening car door

How to open the car yourself using the means at hand? Resourceful motorists have come up with several loopholes that allow you to get into the car interior with minimal damage, quickly and easily.

The first way

Use a sharp, thin object to pry the seal and pull it out. For this, a flat screwdriver, a nail file, a thin metal rod, etc. will do. You don't have to pull out the seal completely, a few centimeters will be enough.

Take a long rod (floppy knitting needle, wire, etc.). Bend the end of this material slightly. You should have a hook.

Insert the hook into the hole where the seal was earlier. Insert it into the lock from the back, start turning slowly to the left. Change the direction of travel when going inside. The door will open.

If the lock is located on the door pull, hook on the hook and pull up until the doors open.

Second way

If it is not possible to pull out the seal, but there is a metal hook, you need to slightly bend the upper right corner of the door near the driver's seat. Use a small piece of wood to hammer it slowly into the gap between the door and the counter. Do everything carefully so as not to scratch the coating.

Insert a wire with a hook into the hole formed, hook it on the door pull and pull it up.

You can also bend the door with a rope, tying a loop on it. If the rope is not in the arsenal, or it is too thick and does not fit into the gap, do the same with the line.

The third way

If you have a tennis ball close at hand, you can use it to open the door. Cut a hole about 1 cm in diameter in the ball with an awl or small knife.

Press the ball firmly with the hole against the door lock. Press hard on the other side. Thanks to the vacuum, the mechanism in the lock will open.

Fourth way

Quite often the doors cannot be opened even when the key is with you. At low temperatures, they freeze. The problem is seriously exacerbated if the car battery is discharged.

In order to open the doors in this case, you will need a spare battery. It must be connected to the car, placed as close to the hood as possible. When the second battery is connected, the doors can be opened with the remote control.

Fifth way

Many have seen in the movies a way of hacking cars with a ruler. In reality, this method is applicable only for old budget brands. Modern cars are equipped with reliable protection systems, you cannot open them with a regular line.

First, we pry the seal a little and take it out. Insert a ruler into the resulting hole. We are trying to raise the pull of the door mechanism with it. The method is similar to the second one, only such stationery is used instead of a metal rod.

As mentioned at the beginning of this article, losing your car key is a common problem. Even the most experienced driver is not immune from it. But there are some tips to help you avoid it.

  1. When buying a car, be sure to purchase a spare key. If not provided, make a duplicate in the salon. It is inexpensive, but it will definitely protect you from unpleasant situations. It is better to carry a spare always with you: in your bag, wallet or around your neck. Then there will be no need to go home or call relatives in case of loss of the first key.
  2. In the cold season, it is better to turn off the automatic door slam option. Quite often, in the cold, they freeze and do not open. A discharged battery can aggravate the situation.
  3. It is not necessary to carry the car key and the alarm remote control on the same key fob. For many motorists, this will be unusual. But in case of loss of both the remote control and the key, it is quite problematic to get into your own car.

There can be many reasons why you accidentally slam the car door with the keys left inside. In any case, if in such an unpleasant situation you do not have a spare key, do not despair, because, in fact, there are no less ways to open the car with the keys locked inside than there are opportunities to forget them there.

So, let's take a look at several rather effective methods, including, perhaps, the most efficient of them, which can be called one short but succinct word "sledgehammer". Don't worry, the options below are far less drastic.

The first way: we need a thin strong rope or wire. From it we make a segment with a tightening loop. The loop should not be located at the end of a piece of rope or wire, but in the middle. On one side of the loop, the length of the rope should be quite large, about a meter or more, on the other hand, twenty centimeters will be enough.

Next, you need to carefully thread the string through the gap between the slammed door and the body, for which it may be necessary to slightly move the door from above, slightly increasing the gap itself. A wooden kitchen spatula works well for this purpose, as it will not damage paintwork or other surfaces of the vehicle.

After the rope is threaded through the door, pulling it on both sides, we put a loop on the pull of the lock, tighten the loop and pull both ends up. The door is open.

But what to do if, for example, the pulls of the locks in the car are not with hats, but even, and there is simply nothing to hook the loop for?

The second method also does not differ in its complexity, and at the same time it is suitable for any type of lock rods. For it, we need one tennis ball (for tennis) and some tool, for example, scissors, or a knife to dig a small hole in the ball with a diameter of about half a centimeter.

After the hole is cut out, attach the ball to the lock with the hole. Try to firmly press the hole on the ball against the lock so that all the air gets inside. After that, we sharply squeeze the air out of the ball by pressing into the lock. As a rule, from the very first time, the maneuver does not work, but after several attempts, you will probably be able to push the lock upward in this way. The main thing is to push the air out of the ball into the lock by pressing as hard as possible.

The third method can be suitable for many types of alarms installed on modern cars. The fact is that in the place where the indicator LED of the security system usually blinks, there is also a certain circle attached to the windshield. In most cases, in order to open the car, it is enough to knock on this circle with a predefined code. If you do not know this code, you can try to call the service where this alarm was installed, or in general to any service that installs security systems. Most often, such codes are left in their factory parameters, which in this case will only benefit you.

The fourth option is to call specialized services, which now can be counted even a few in almost any city. Try somewhere to get their phone numbers and call, knowing in advance the cost of services.

The fifth way - just try to lower the side windows of the car with your hands down. Having done this at least a centimeter, then you can easily lower the glass down to the required level to open the door. A similar path works most often on domestic cars, where, perhaps, the window lifter system is not as strong and reliable initially as on foreign cars, or it simply weakened over time. Try on all side windows.

The sixth method is also somewhat radical, however, if no other options worked, then there is hardly anything else left. This method consists in driving, for example, with a hammer or other heavy improvised means, a thin screwdriver or something similar to the auto lock cylinder. After that, using the tool driven into the lock cylinder, we turn the lock, opening the door. After such procedures, of course, the lock larva will almost certainly have to be changed.

It is also worth mentioning a very widespread myth that the alarm lock can be opened through a mobile phone, if at the other end a key fob of the lock is brought to the receiver and the signal, allegedly, will pass through the phone, opening the car door here at your place. Unfortunately or fortunately, this is nothing more than a myth, because in such systems infrared radiation coding is used, respectively, in order to open the door, you need to operate the key directly, and at a relatively short distance from the car itself.
