Strawberry pie can be served either warm or cooled; some recipes even require the dessert to be cooled. The dessert is delicious on its own, but most often it is served with tea.

Strawberry Shortcrust Pie

  • wheat flour - 0.4 kg;
  • margarine - 0.2 kg;
  • chicken eggs - 5 pcs.;
  • milk - 0.25 l;
  • sugar - 80 g;
  • starch - 60 g;
  • powdered sugar - 50 g;
  • vanillin - on the tip of a knife;
  • fresh strawberries - 0.3–0.4 kg.

Cooking method:

  • Sift the flour.
  • Break two eggs into a bowl, add sugar to them, and mash them.
  • Cut the margarine into pieces, keep it in a water bath so that it melts a little and softens. Set aside a little to grease the pan afterwards. Add the rest to the eggs and stir.
  • Add flour, knead the dough.
  • Roll the dough into a ball, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator. It should cool for at least half an hour, but it’s even better to leave it in the cold for an hour.
  • Roll out the dough into a layer according to the size of the pan in which you plan to bake the pie. The size is determined taking into account the fact that the dough should cover not only the bottom, but also the sides of the mold.
  • Grease the mold and place the dough into it.
  • Prick the dough in several places with a fork to prevent it from puffing up during baking.
  • Cover the dough with parchment and place in the oven. Bake it for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the dough from the oven.
  • Break the remaining eggs, separating the whites from the yolks. Egg whites are not required; they need to be placed in a clean jar and put in the refrigerator to be used for other dishes.
  • Beat the egg yolks with starch and a tablespoon of powdered sugar.
  • Pour in a quarter glass of milk and mix thoroughly.
  • Heat the remaining milk without bringing it to a boil. Pour it into the yolks in a thin stream, while whisking them.
  • Heat the resulting mass over low heat, stirring until it begins to resemble thick sour cream in consistency.
  • Place the cream into the shortcrust pastry base.
  • Sort the strawberries and remove the sepals. Wash the berries and let them dry. Cut into halves. Place on cream. If your strawberries are small, you can lay out the berries whole.
  • Dust the strawberries with powdered sugar.
  • Place the pie in the oven and heat it for literally 5 minutes. The temperature at this time should be low, about 130–150 degrees.

  • Grease the mold with oil and pour the dough into it.
  • Cut the washed and thawed strawberries in half. Sprinkle the berries over the entire area of ​​the dough. Drown the berries in the dough, leaving a few partially on the surface.
  • Place the pan with the pie in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake it at this temperature for 35 minutes.

The cake according to this recipe turns out tender, soft, airy. Before serving, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and cut it. This dessert can be served not only with tea, but also with cocoa and milk.

Easy Strawberry Pie Recipe

  • chicken eggs - 5 pcs.;
  • flour - 0.2 kg;
  • sugar - 0.2 kg;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • semolina - 50 g;
  • strawberries - 0.25 kg;
  • vegetable oil - how much will be needed.

Cooking method:

  • Grind the eggs with sugar.
  • Melt the butter, pour into the eggs, mix well.
  • Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and grease it with vegetable oil.
  • Wash and dry the strawberries. If the berry is frozen, let it thaw and drain the juice.
  • Place the berries on a baking sheet.
  • Using spoons, spoon the dough onto the berries and spread it out carefully. As a result, all the strawberries should be covered with a thin layer of dough.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Sprinkle the dough with semolina so that the pie is covered with a crispy crust and place in the oven. Cook dessert for about 30 minutes.
  • Remove the baking sheet with the pie from the oven, let it cool slightly, cut into square pieces and serve.

In appearance, this pie resembles charlotte, only prepared not with apples, but with strawberries.

Strawberry Yeast Pie

  • wheat flour - 0.5 kg;
  • dry yeast - 5 g;
  • sugar - 60 g;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • milk - 0.25 l;
  • butter - 120 g;
  • strawberries - 0.7 kg;
  • powdered sugar - 150 g;
  • semolina - 50 g;
  • starch - 60 g.

Cooking method:

  • Heat the milk to approximately 35 degrees. Pour active dry yeast and a spoonful of sugar into it, stir. Wait until foam appears on the surface. This will happen in approximately 10 minutes.
  • In a separate container, mix the egg with the remaining sugar and salt.
  • Melt the butter, pour into the eggs, mix thoroughly.
  • Pour the mixture into the eggs and stir again.
  • Add the sifted flour in small portions and stir until the flour is gone.
  • Cover the resulting dough with a cloth and leave to rise. You will have to wait 40–60 minutes for the dough to rise.
  • Wash the strawberries and remove the sepals. Cut the berries into 2–4 parts depending on their size.
  • Mash half the strawberries with a fork, add sugar and starch, stir.
  • Add the remaining strawberries and stir gently.
  • Place on the stove. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stir gently and remove from heat.
  • Divide the dough into two unequal parts (about 2/3 and 1/3).
  • Roll out most of it to the size of the mold, lay it in, making sure to make sides. Sprinkle with semolina.
  • Place prepared strawberry filling.
  • Roll out the remaining dough and cut it into strips. Arrange on top of the pie with a lattice.
  • Let the cake stand for 10–15 minutes, during which time preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Place the mold with the future pie in it. Bake for 45–55 minutes.

If you want the cake to have an appetizing golden hue, brush the dough with beaten egg before placing it in the oven.

Pie with strawberries and cottage cheese

  • sugar - 0.2 kg;
  • soda - 2 g;
  • wheat flour - 0.25 kg;
  • butter - 150 g;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • starch - 30 g;
  • cottage cheese - 0.3 kg;
  • strawberries - 0.5 kg;
  • powdered sugar - to taste.

Cooking method:

  • Melt the butter.
  • Mix butter with 80 g of sugar and egg.
  • Mix the sifted flour with soda and add to the egg-butter mixture.
  • Knead the dough, it should be quite tight.
  • Roll out the dough and place it in the pan, covering the bottom and sides.
  • Place the pan with the dough in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes.
  • Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, combine with the remaining sugar and starch. Beat with a mixer.
  • Place the curd mixture onto the dough and smooth it out with a spoon. Place prepared strawberries on top and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  • Place the pie pan in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake it for 30 minutes.

The pie prepared according to this recipe is not only tasty, but also healthy. If someone in your family does not like cottage cheese, then with this pie he will almost certainly eat it with pleasure.
