Over the past 12 months, several new all-season developments have been launched and the range of a number of existing models has been significantly expanded.

Even Continental, which has been an ardent supporter of seasonal tire change for years, has launched its first all-season product. Unfortunately, the Continental AllSeasonContact tires were not included in the test, since at the time of the test they were not yet available for sale, but the absence of this novelty did not become an obstacle for the expert group, and eight popular models were selected to find out which of the bottom is better. all suitable for year round riding.

Snow tests were carried out at Nokian's test site in Ivalo, Finland, and cold, wet and dry tests at Continental's Contidrome near Hanover, Germany. While the asymmetric Kumho tires had a certain focus on snow, the Toyo Celsius tires did not. The increased number of wet tests and the inclusion of two ratings at "summer" temperatures allowed the Dunlop SportBluResponse tires to approach all-season tires in properties, but leaving them in service for the winter period would be the wrong decision.

Traction and braking of the Dunlop in the snow were much worse than that of winter and all-season tires, and on the handling track the testers did not even fix their attention on the stopwatch - the main thing for them was to somehow fit into the turns and safely cross the finish line.

In dry and wet conditions with air temperatures above seven degrees, the brake gap between Dunlop tires and most all-season tires was significant, which means that in summer conditions, only summer tires will allow the car to stop quickly and avoid an accident.
