Find out the balance of your school meal card. Electronic student card for the "pass and board" system

It's finished; Already in many schools, an extremely convenient set of solutions “GLOLIME. SCHOOL FOOD”, now both the school fry and the prim representatives of the senior classes have been put into their pockets school food cards, a prototype of bank cards and go, almost like adults, to school canteens to pay for their own meals with school plastic; hot dishes and buffet products.

This is explained in detail at parent meetings, where parents are informed that a cashless payment system is coming to school canteens. Details can also be found in booklets that can be distributed to parents in addition to a visual explanation of non-cash payment procedures and replenishment of school cards through payment terminals. Also, about how to view school card balance, you can learn from the visual instructions, which can be found and studied on the Internet portal.

The hardware and software developers took care to make working with the terminal menu, replenishing student cards and the menu of parents’ personal accounts as simple and uncomplicated as possible.

But let's talk about it how to view school card balance, let's try to tell you in a little more detail. The first is perhaps the simplest and most understandable way; use the payment terminal menu. Most likely, parents will deposit money themselves, at least for their children, through a payment terminal. For one thing, it will be possible to check the status of funds on the student’s card.

The entire operation is carried out by simply presenting the student’s card to the payment terminal reader, after instant recognition of personal data, a laconic menu tree appears, where there is a button for replenishing the account and a button for calling up reports on deposits and payments using the student’s card. Right there, at the very top of the screen, on an orange background, separate information is presented on the balance of the buffet and hot food accounts. Here you can see information about the owner of the personal account; last name, first name, plastic card number. After depositing funds onto the student’s card, the payment terminal prints a receipt about the transaction.

Quite convenient to deal with how to view school card balances, using the Internet portal, because it is there that a simple and effective way is organized to regularly track expenses on the student’s meal card, through the parents’ personal account.

At the moment, with the integration of GLOLIME solutions into school canteens. SCHOOL MEALS” uses a closed-loop payment system, where funds are replenished free of charge through payment terminals installed in schools. In the future, it is possible to expand payment options using popular payment systems and banks. But the possibility of free replenishment of funds to the student’s card will remain unchanged.

We all know from school that a student’s health depends on how well he or she eats, and strict requirements for optimality, balance and quality must be imposed on nutrition. During the day, schoolchildren are subject to a large mental and emotional load, and this requires adherence to basic approaches to what food products enter the body and how they are consumed for the full health and functioning of the body.

Schoolchildren spend half of their time in school. It is not always possible for a child to get out of bed in the morning and have a full and high-quality breakfast. Parents often delegate these powers to school canteens.

In order for your child to eat in the canteen, you need to give cash every day to pay for his food. At the same time, children, due to their inattention, may lose the funds you have given them, or spend them on chewing gum, drinks, etc., something that will absolutely benefit him.

Previously, only cash payment was used in canteens. Today there is an excellent alternative to such calculations, which significantly simplifies the task for parents, reduces queues in school canteens and is easy to use.

We remember the times when schools used food stamps; now payment for school meals can very easily be transferred to a non-cash form of payment through automation. Today, such a system is successfully used in educational institutions and is relatively inexpensive.

School card

How do you pay for food using the card system? The student is provided with a card containing his individual data and personal account information. A child can now easily, without the help of adults, buy whatever he wants in the school canteen. The process of collecting money from parents is greatly simplified, and it becomes much easier to keep track of how funds are spent specifically on nutrition.

A school nutrition card is a plastic card. It is issued free of charge, but if it is lost, a duplicate is issued for a fee.

How money is credited to the account

Parents have an excellent opportunity to top up their personal account through a terminal, which is usually located in the school lobby, at the entrance. Usually the bill for hot meals and the bill for the buffet are distributed on one account. Parents independently decide which of these accounts to top up. This is very convenient, because... The child will be able to spend money only at school, and not in a store or stalls. The frequency of payment for food does not matter.

School card balance

You can see the balance on the student’s card. This procedure is not complicated; a reader is installed in the terminal and when you present the card, the card is identified. A window will open in front of you in which you must select functions: top up your account, make a report, deposit funds and payments using a student card. At the top of the screen you can see the account balance for hot meals and buffet separately. There is also personal information (full name, plastic card number). After you have deposited funds to the card, a receipt will be printed indicating the transaction performed.

There is an Internet portal through which parents can easily track the movement of funds on the card. To do this, there is a personal account for parents, in which you need to register and here you can find all the information regarding your child’s personal account.

At the moment, account replenishment is carried out directly through the terminal, which is located in the educational institution where your child studies. In the future, the issue of introducing a payment system using well-known payment systems and credit organizations is already being considered.

If the terminal did not issue a check

There are situations in which the terminal did not issue a receipt, you do not need to worry about it. Since the ATM accepted your funds, which means that the operation was completed, it remains in the database. And loss of money is impossible.

If any questions arise, the terminal has a “hotline” telephone number, through which the operator will answer all your questions about the school nutrition card.

Now many parents can breathe easy that their child will be well-fed, and will spend money on food in the canteen, rather than going to the store or a nearby stall for another portion of unhealthy foods.

This system of using school nutrition cards is bringing positive results; parents, children and school canteen staff talk about the positive aspects of this product. This means a reduction in queues, no pocket money for children, control over their spending, and the ability to keep records of students’ meals in educational institutions.
