Two bullets hit Tupac in the groin, two in the head and another pierced his arm. New York rappers Notorious B.I.G., Puff Daddy and their friends were blamed for the incident. At approximately 23:00 - 23:05 the car was stopped by a patrol officer for playing music too loudly and not having license plates. The numbers were in the trunk. A few minutes later, Suge and Tupac were released without fine. At around 11.10pm they stopped at traffic lights at the junction of Flamingo Road and Coval Lane, opposite the hotel. Maxim. Paramedics who arrived at the crime scene took Suge and the mortally wounded Tupac to the hospital. Shakur lost consciousness, his breathing was artificially maintained, he was put into an artificial coma, but nothing helped. On September 13 at 16:03 he died. The cause of death was breath holding and cardiac arrest caused by bullet wounds. Tupac's body was cremated, and some of the ashes were mixed with marijuana and smoked by his friends.
