Corners of the collapse of the convergence of Jil MK. Geely MK Service Guide. Rear axle Geely Mk

GEELY MK Available in services in each of the technical centers included in our network. Our salons are located in all areas of the capital, so you can easily choose among them the most suitable. Services prices are characterized by democraticness, and auto mechanics are excellent familiar with the features of each car model.

GEELY MK Wheel Collapse In all cases requires the use of high-precision equipment. In general, the process of debugging the suspension is quite complex and covers a number of additional events, from the execution of which is not going anywhere.

Skhod-Rio-Services

The collapse of the wheel geely mk in Moscow

It is no secret that any responsible car enthusiastic should monitor the specifics of the wheel installation. In Europe, this has long become the requirement of legislation, the violation of which the penalty entails. In our country fine, thank God, no, but gEELY MK Anyway is the extremely necessary task.

What is the wheel alignment of the wheels of the Geely MK wheel of the car are not installed directly, at least it looks like it. The wheels are installed at an angle to each other, to the direction of movement, to the plane of rotation, from each other. There is a list of angles that are taken into account when checking the position of the wheels. These corners are just boring a generalizing definition - the alignment. GEELY MK Wheel Collapse - This is the slope of the wheels inside or out. Geely MK wheel alignment - their deviation from the direction of movement (to each other or apart)

Some wheel installation angles can be calibrated, others track. Our car masters know how to figure out all the features.

The gathering - the collapse is regulated in order to improve the controllability of the machine as a whole. Without errors, the work on adjusting the corners, under which the wheels are installed, make a car stable at the entrance to rotation and slippery road surface, help save fuel and protect the rubber.

Diagnosing deviations of the similarity of the collapse of Geely MK

Diagnosis of gathering-collapse Geely MK On the basis of our autotech centers - a complex process in which innovative equipment is used. Without computer equipment, the solution of these tasks is not possible.

It must be remembered that there is a frequency with which you need to drive the car on the booth of the gathering - collapse. Even if there is no visible external deviations, diagnosis of gathering-collapse Geely MK It is necessary when running for more than twelve thousand km.

Geely MK suspension requires urgent diagnostics if

 • You keep the steering wheel straight, and the car is like> in the side
 • New tires are quickly wear out or erased unevenly
 • Geely MK steering wheel not returns to direct position automatically

Rear axle Geely MK

The feature of the adjustment of the rear wheels is that rear convergence geely mk It will not be possible to implement, eliminating the procedure for adjusting the front axle. In addition, the most important distinction of the rear axis is that the wheels are not designed to calibrate the collapse. That is, the change in the corners of the collapse is not prestructive in principle, they can only be tracked. The rear and front axles differ in other parameters and, accordingly, are calibrated in different ways. So that rear convergence geely mk It is carried out relative to the debugging of the front wheels, after doubts are excluded in the error of their position.

Front Axle Geely Mk

In the autotech center of our network, you can first sign up for the setting of the front wheels. Preferable to do this exactly because front similarity camber Geely MK Extremely popular service among our customers. This is primarily due to the state of the road surface, and not with the poor quality of the auto concerns. In order not to lose time in vain, call the phone indicated on the site. Our managers will advise a suitable service station, advise at the cost of services, will answer technical questions.

Measurement and calibration angles of installation of wheels Geely MK

Previously, our compatriots had to calibrate the gathering - collapse with their own hands. For these purposes, look for a flat surface, equip the viewing pit, long and tediously measure the angles using the girlfriend. Nowadays, when machines have become much more complicated in a constructive plan, adjusting the similarity-collapse of Geely MK Without computers are completely impossible.

In any case, before start debugging, you need check the collapse of Geely MK. Without it, no professional auto mechanic will take care of work

Setup should be conducted

 • Preparing Geely MK, checking the elements of the chassis
 • Elimination of the flaws of the suspension when they are detected
 • Depending on the capabilities of the stand - compensation of rims
 • Diagnosis of geometry
 • Calibration corners

As we said, make a gathering collapse Geely MK Only in the presence of the necessary tools and equipment. Our innovative stands are competently serviced and timely calibrated, which eliminates the likelihood of errors.

Chapter 5. Front Suspension System

Section 1 General Information about the front suspension

Description of the design of the front suspension

An independent suspension with a transverse stability stabilizer is installed on this car model.

The upper end of the shock absorber is attached to the top support, the bottom is rigidly attached to the swivel fist.

The shock absorber limits the spiral spring, (the geometric axis of the screw spring does not coincide with the geometric axis of the piston of the shock absorber). A restrictive buffer is installed on the shock absorber.

Both edges of the stabilizer rod are connected to the shock absorber using a rack with a rotary mechanism, and the intermediate part is installed on the lower front part of the body through the rubber bushings.

The thrust ball bearing installed in the support is designed to rotate the front rack around its axis.

One end "L"-like lever is attached to the body through silent blocks, the second end of the lever is attached using 3 bolts ball support. Finger ball support is inserted into the swivel fist. The ingested ball support are filled with lubrication capable of protecting effectively from wear and provide high support performance. During the assembly of the support, a sufficient amount of lubricant is lacked and there is no need for maintenance of support under normal operating conditions of the car.

The table below shows the main technical parameters of the front suspension.

Geely MK / Cross. Check and adjust wheel installation angles

Verification and adjustment of wheel installation angles are necessary to ensure good stability and car handling, as well as uniform wear of tires during its operation. Verification and adjustment of wheel installation angles are performed on special stands according to instructions for their operation.

The inconsistency of the actual values measured by car, the control values specified in the specifications due to the wear and deformation of the parts of the suspension, the deformation of the body.

A warning

Replacing or repairing the parts of the suspension can entail a change in the angles of the wheel installation, so checking the angles of the wheel installation after these works are required.

The angles of the installation of the front wheels:

the angle of the longitudinal tilt axis of the wheel turn

cross-tilt angle wheel axis: Look in the vehicle specifications

the corner of the collapse : Look in the vehicle specifications

convergence : Look in the vehicle specifications

Rear wheel installation angles:

the corner of the collapse : Look in the vehicle specifications

convergence : Look in the vehicle specifications

Wheel installation angles Check by car with a ballast weighing 70 kg on each front seat, with half a fuel tank filled with a normal tire pressure, in the absence of excessive wells in the suspension nodes.

After installing the car onto the stand, immediately before checking the angles, the "Fel" the suspension of the car, applying two to three times the force directed from top to bottom to the rear bumper and then to the front. The wheels of the car must be located parallel to the longitudinal axis of the car.

Checking the angle of installation of the front wheels, first determine the corners of the longitudinal and transverse tilt axis axis of the wheel, then the angle of the collapse of the wheels and the last turn of the wheel alignment.

The angle of the longitudinal tilt axis of the turn of the front wheeleducated vertical on the side of the side and line passing through the middle of the top support of the telescopic rack and the center of the sphere of the ball support attached on the lower lever.

Cross-tilt angle of the axis of the turn of the front wheeleducated vertical on the sight of the front and line passing through the middle of the top support of the telescopic rack and the center of the sphere of the ball support attached on the lower lever.

The angle of the bells of the front wheelsit is characterized by the deviation of the middle plane of rotation of the front wheel from the vertical.

Note

Adjusting the angles of the longitudinal and transverse tilt axis of the axis of rotation, as well as the angle of the columns of the front wheels is not provided for by the design of the car. With the deviation of these angles from the nominal values, replace damaged and deformed parts.

The convergence of the front wheels is the angle between the plane of rotation of the front wheel and the longitudinal axis of the car. The forward wheel alignment is regulated by changing the length of the steering.

Rear wheel installation angles can be adjusted during operation.

The angle of collapse of the rear wheels is characterized by the deviation of the middle plane of rotation of the rear wheel from the vertical. The angle of the rear wheel column is regulated by the rotation of the adjusting bolts of the upper transverse lever to the body bracket and to the rear transverse beam.

The rear wheel alignment is the angle between the rear wheel rotation plane and the longitudinal axis of the car. The convergence of the rear wheels is adjusted by the rotation of the adjustment bolt, located on the inside of the control lever.
