What you will need for the omelette dessert:

  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 75 g sour cream;
  • 200 g bananas;
  • 100 g sugar;
  • 20 g butter;
  • 50 g oat bran;
  • 3-4 g nutmeg;
  • cinnamon to taste.

Cooking process step by step:

  1. Bananas, it is better to choose fruits with dense pulp, cut into small cubes.
